In MS it helps to manage stress of living with Multiple Sclerosis. Mindfulness and meditation helps in body awareness and emotional regulation.


Mindfulness also helps in sleep better and a time to do it daily will help the brain to rewire itself and it will enable one to fall into a state of relaxation. 


Focusing on what is happening at the moment around you, how do you feel in both body and mind. Mindfulness uses techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises and yoga and is said to reduce fatigue and pain it. It also increases a sense of acceptance. It is a training which makes one more aware of one’s thoughts, feelings and body sensation without being overwhelmed by it. Management of MS symptoms is easier, acceptance is easier. It could boost immune system and help concentrate.
